How to Update Your Current Registrations Web Page

First: Change the Links on the Buttons

• Go to the Current Dogs Entered page and choose “Edit Post” at the top of the page
• Open the “Export Registrations” page in a separate tab
• Find the field trial registrations you want to link to
• Right-click on the link and choose “copy link address”
• Go back to the Current Dogs Entered tab, highlight the link, and replace it with the copied link
• Click on the arrow to the right of the link to apply
• Click on the “update” button to save your work

Repeat the process for each dog type.

Second: Clear the Entries from Last Year’s Field Trials

• Go to your website Dashboard
• In the Gravity Forms box, click on the “View All Forms” button
• Click on the “Entries” for the field trial you’re accepting registrations for
• Checkmark the upper left checkbox
• Under the “Bulk Actions” dropdown menu, choose “Trash.”
• Then click the “Apply” button.

Repeat for each dog type for the current field trial you’re accepting registrations for.
