It’s strange for the weather to be this warm this early, but it’s not slowing us down! The TBDA plowed ahead with it’s second trial of the 2016 season on Saturday. We had a great turnout with 13 braces of Gun Dog and 7 braces of Puppy. Simply outstanding! We’ve really appreciated seeing new members and new faces at the trials and we hope the increase continues.

Again, the TBDA would like to thank it’s key sponsor Purina for the food and other prizes. We’d like to thank judges Ellison Gilliland and Bob Dorn in the Gun Dog field and Nick Carson in the Puppy field. Lots of members helped to pitch in and band birds and keep the trial running smoothly. And for his last hurrah as a long time board member, Keith Lindsay cooked a great lunch.

For the first time since I can recall we had a tie in the puppy division. Brian Spriggs and Eric Reinan tied for second place. The winners are listed below.For a photo of the full scoreboard, click here.
